Job Type:        Full-Time
Schedule:  Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:15 PM
Pay:  $25–$30 per hour (depending on experience)

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with bedside clinical experience to join our team providing compassionate care to a geriatric population. This is a full-time, weekday-only position in San Antonio, TX—ideal for experienced nurses, including retired professionals looking to return to meaningful work in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct bedside nursing care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and supporting daily patient needs

Collaborate with care team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

Document assessments, care provided, and any changes in patient condition

Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and wellness practices

Maintain compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations

Qualifications:

Active RN or LVN license in the state of Texas

Minimum 3 year of bedside nursing experience (geriatric care preferred)

Current BLS certification (or willing to obtain)

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Open to retired nurses with recent clinical experience and a passion for patient care
